iSMS services introduction
iSMS is superb for SMS marketing inside Malaysia, and it is capable of sending international SMS as well.
Many of our customers are using iSMS to keep in touch with their customers and receive response from their customers. Some even use it to organize meetings, parties and all kinds of events.
There are 3 kinds of services available with iSMS.
- SMS with short code.
- SMS with number masking.
- 2 way SMS.
Each of the SMS has its pros and cons.
You can customize iSMS to work with these 3 services.
2 way SMS
The purpose of 2 way SMS is to receive response from customers. We design the system to mimic hand phone number when you send out SMS. The receiver will see the sender as a hand phone number. For instance:

Message: A sales is on going at http://isms.com.my, do you interested? Please reply yes or no. |
The receiver will press “reply” and start to reply to the SMS just as they are replying to any SMS. Please try it here (Enter your phone number and get 5 credits free).
Then the sender will receive reply via email address that the sender preset inside the member page in iSMS. Your reply email will look like this:
