The iSMS Birthday Reminder is an automated SMS alerting service that sends birthday greetings or promotions to your contacts on their birthday — automatically, at a time you set. It helps businesses maintain a personal touch with customers without any manual effort on the day itself.

Each reminder uses one SMS credit per recipient.

How to Set Up Birthday Reminder

1. Log in to your iSMS member portal.
2. Go to your Address Book and ensure each contact has their date of birth saved.
3. Navigate to the Birthday Reminder section in the portal.
4. Compose your birthday message (use %name% to personalise).
5. Set the send time and how many days before the birthday to send (if desired).
6. Save the configuration — iSMS will automatically send the SMS each year on the birthday.
