What is One-Click Unsubscribe?
Similar to email unsubscribe links, iSMS One-Click Unsubscribe lets your SMS recipients opt out from receiving future messages with a single tap on a link included in your SMS. Their opt-out is recorded in your iSMS dashboard automatically.
Step 1 — Enable UnSub URL When Composing
In the iSMS compose SMS page, fill in your recipient details and message as usual. Tick the checkbox to "Add UnSub URL to SMS" before sending.
Step 2 — Recipient Receives SMS with Unsubscribe Link
Your recipient receives the SMS with a short unsubscribe link embedded. They tap the link and are prompted to unsubscribe from future messages from your account.
Step 3 — Recipient Confirms Opt-Out
The recipient is redirected to a confirmation page to verify their unsubscribe request. Once confirmed, they are removed from your future SMS sends.
Step 4 — Track Unsubscribes in Your Dashboard
After a recipient unsubscribes, their opt-out is recorded in your iSMS dashboard. You can view all unsubscribe records to keep your contact list compliant and up to date.
